We value transparency, so the rental process consists of a few clear steps:
Signing the Agreement. After viewing the property, we sign an official lease agreement. You will need to bring your passport for this. We will also ask you to provide your phone number, a Telegram contact, and an additional phone number of a trusted contact (or roommate) for emergencies.
Payment Terms. Standard check-in terms include: payment for the first month's rent, a security deposit, and an agency commission equal to 50% of the monthly rent
Booking Option. If you like the apartment but wish to move in later, you can reserve it. To do so, you pay the security deposit and sign the agreement, while the remaining balance is paid on the day you actually receive the keys.
Recording the Apartment's Condition. On the day of check-in, we inspect the property together and sign an Acceptance Certificate. To avoid any future misunderstandings, we thoroughly check the inventory list and document the technical condition of the apartment using photos or videos.
Residency and Responsibility. After signing the certificate, you receive all the necessary keys (including magnetic access fobs for the building entrance). From this moment on, we ask that you adhere to the terms of the agreement and pay your rent on time to avoid any penalty fees.
