The User makes a prepayment for the entire period of stay in the property booked through the Site, in the amount determined by the Landlord. The prepayment amount includes the fee for temporary accommodation and, if applicable, additional payments specified by the Landlord when submitting the Request.
Partial payment is not provided; the prepayment is made in full for the entire booked period in accordance with the Landlord's terms.
The Site contains information about the available payment methods (for example, debit/credit cards or other methods) provided by the Landlord or third-party payment systems. MYFREEDOM RENT LLC does not participate in the processing of payments and does not channel funds through itself.
After making the prepayment, the User receives a booking confirmation from the Administration via Messenger, which contains:
If the payment is made in a foreign currency, the conversion rate set by the User's bank or the payment system at the time of the transaction applies. The Administration is not responsible for additional fees that may be charged by the bank or payment systems.
Check-in to the booked property is possible from 2:00 PM local time on the day the stay begins, unless otherwise agreed with the Landlord.
Check-out from the property must take place by 11:00 AM local time on the day the stay ends, unless otherwise agreed with the Landlord.
The User is obliged to observe the specified check-in and check-out times, as well as other accommodation conditions determined by the Landlord.
A refund of the prepayment is possible only in the case of cancellation of the booking in accordance with the cancellation policy established by the Landlord, which is displayed when submitting the Request.
MYFREEDOM RENT LLC does not process refunds and is not responsible for their execution, as it acts solely as an intermediary. All prepayment refund matters are resolved between the User and the Landlord or the payment system.
A booking cancellation request is submitted by the User through the Site's support service, indicating the booking number and the reason for cancellation. The Administration forwards the request to the Landlord within 5 business days.
The prepayment is refunded via the same payment method from which it was made, in accordance with the terms of the Landlord or the payment system. MYFREEDOM RENT LLC does not influence the refund process.
Fees of payment systems or banks that may be charged during payment or refund of funds are not controlled by the Administration, and it is not responsible for them.
The Administration is not a party to the rental agreement between the User and the Landlord and is not responsible for the failure to fulfill the terms of booking or refund of funds in the event of actions by the User, the Landlord or force majeure circumstances (according to Article 617 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
Disputes regarding payment or refund of funds are resolved through negotiations between the User and the Landlord within 30 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to the court at the location of MYFREEDOM RENT LLC in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy by posting an updated revision on the Site. Changes take effect from the moment of publication.
